Congratulations to Rogers Harrell, who has recently become a Certified Circuit Court Mediator by the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification.
Rogers enjoys the “collaborative nature of mediation and the challenges in finding creative paths towards settlement.” He believes that “mediation is a wonderful and unique opportunity for parties to work together to resolve their differences. Both sides have the opportunity to be heard and to express the strengths in their case. Additionally, it can be very helpful for each party to listen and try to understand the perspectives of the opposing side.”
Rogers will lean on his extensive experience in litigation and his affable demeanor to help attorneys and their clients resolve their cases, and his goal is that mediation will grow into a significant area of his practice.
