Ray Moore and Wesley Sawyer teamed up to successfully obtain a dismissal of all claims against an employer (a manufacturer of erosion blankets) who was sued as a third-party defendant in an action originally brought by its employee against a machine manufacturer. The case is reported at Brayboy v. MST-Maschinenbau GmbH, 2015 WL 2062558 (D.S.C.2015).

Ray Moore becomes certified mediator
Ray Moore has been certified as a mediator by the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification of the South Carolina Bar.
