Murphy & Grantland is pleased to announce that Shareholder Anthony W. Livoti has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN).

For over 25 years, Livoti’s practice has focused on personal injury, transportation cases, premises liability, and general insurance defense. Livoti is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried numerous cases in state and federal court in South Carolina.  He is currently the President-Elect of the SC Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and takes over as President in February 2023.  His extensive trial experience has been foundational in Livoti’s success mediating more than 600 civil disputes in the past nine years.

The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a professional association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership is by invitation only and all Academy members have been thoroughly reviewed and found to meet stringent practice criteria. Members are amongst the most in-demand neutrals in their respective states, as selected by their peers and approved by local litigators.

According to Darren Lee, Executive Director of NADN, “we’re delighted to recognize Anthony W. Livoti to the Academy’s South Carolina Chapter in recognition of excellence in his mediation practice.”
