Alexis Vitali Blitch is an associate with Murphy & Grantland. Her practice focuses on a variety of matters, including personal injury, premises liability, transportation litigation, and business litigation. Prior to joining Murphy Grantland, Alexis served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John C. Hayes, III of the 16th Circuit.
A Columbia native, Alexis earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina in 2010. Following graduation she worked with the Internet Crimes Against Children division at the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office before moving to Charlotte to attend the Charlotte School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Alexis was the Editor-in-Chief of the Charlotte Law Review, a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and extern for the Honorable Graham C. Mullen, Senior Judge of the Western District of North Carolina.
Alexis is an active member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, where she earned an Emerging Leaders designation and is the Vice President of the Young Lawyers Division. Alexis also serves the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division on its Voices Against Violence Committee to advocate against Domestic Violence in South Carolina.
Outside of the legal field, Alexis is a member of Northeast Presbyterian Church, serves as the advisor for academic excellence to her undergraduate sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and is a volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association. She lives in Lexington with her husband, William, and son, Liam.
