Alexis Vitali Blitch is an associate with Murphy & Grantland. Her practice covers a variety of insurance defense and insurance coverage matters.
Prior to joining Murphy Grantland, Alexis served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John C. Hayes, III of the 16th Circuit.
A Columbia native, Alexis earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina. Following graduation she worked with the Internet Crimes Against Children division at the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office before moving to Charlotte to attend the Charlotte School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
During law school, Alexis was the Editor-in-Chief of the Charlotte Law Review, a Charlotte Law Ambassador, and member of Phi Delta Phi, and Order of the Crown honor societies. She was also a participant in the Presidential Honors Program, and an extern for the Honorable Graham C. Mullen, Senior Judge of the Western District of North Carolina.
Alexis is an active member of Northeast Presbyterian Church and serves as the advisor for academic excellence to her undergraduate sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma. She lives in Irmo with her husband, William Blitch, Jr., of Irmo, and daughter, Mary Elizabeth.
