Ron Diegel and Jason Luther recently spoke to attorneys and claims handlers at the 2014 South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association meeting in Asheville, North Carolina. Topics included defense of trucking law cases, strategies for combating the reptile theory litigation approach, pre-trial motion practice in defense of trucking cases and suggested approaches to defending depositions of truck drivers and trucking company safety directors. Ron chairs the Trucking Law Committee of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association.
