Adam Neil recently obtained summary judgment in two automobile insurance coverage disputes. In United Financial Casualty Co. v. Bostic, et al., the United States District Court held that an excluded driver provision in a commercial automobile policy was valid even though the excluded driver was the owner of the business, which was a sole proprietorship. John Grantland tried a pedestrian/motorcycle accident case before the late Matthew J. Perry in Federal Court in Columbia. The case arose from a pedestrian/motorcycle accident during Biker Week at Myrtle Beach in 2008. There were comparative negligence issues for the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
