On February 8, South Carolina Lawyers Weekly reported on a case out of district court.

Reporter David Donovan detailed the decision in State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. v. Admiral Insurance Company. An excerpt from his article:

State Farm, which provided Robinson’s homeowner’s liability insurance, sued Admiral, contending that Admiral had a duty to indemnify Robinson. On Jan. 25, U.S. District Court Judge Richard Gergel granted Admiral’s motion for summary judgement, finding that the injuries clearly fell within the scopes of anti-hazing exclusion.
