Anthony W. Livoti, shareholder, has been elected as secretary of South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association (SCDTAA), the pre-eminent defense attorney association in South Carolina. Livoti concentrates his legal practice in the areas of insurance defense, trucking and automobile defense, and premises liability. He also is a certified circuit court mediator and has experience in both State and Federal Court.
